When I first looked at this, I thought that was water OVER the boats. Took me a while to figure out this just couldn't be. The promise of good warm days to come!

I like the "dry" and "wet" combination in your shot. I've never seen a boat basin I didn't like. This one looks well protected. A fine shot.
Great view point, lots of fabulous repeating patterns, especially the boats and roof. Lovely capture of this beautiful place.
I can just smell that lake from here. Sorta fishy, sorta wet, sorta lakey smellin', right?
