It would seem rather obvious to me. Lucky for you I can understand "Horse."

He is saying, "How about some help here, already! That bunch over there keeps making fun of my lily white body. I tell 'em I'm trying to stay out of the sun so's I don't get skin cancer! Sheesh. Look at them, all brown and tanned. They'll be sorry.

I was admiring all the photos you posted this week and had to stop by this one... Glad I did; the comments are a riot! I thought B Squared had nailed it, but Jacob just topped him! Who can argue with someone who knows horse-speak! Although I'm beginning to think that perhaps it's an easier language to learn than the UN-speak (as in United Nations) I'm struggling with! :-D
