I found this barn north of here near Williamsville, Missouri.
The horses and sheep were in a field to the right just out of view.
I've made several different 'Old Barns' badges/buttons to use here & I'm going to post them here on my page. If you want to use them, you can - but if you want to use your own, that's fine too.
'Old Barns' Rules
1) Post a photograph on your blog taken by you of a barn, any part of a barn, old or new.
2) After I post my photo & Mr Linky, add your name & country.
3) Be sure that your link goes directly to your 'Old Barns' post.
4) Link 'Old Barns' to your post so others will know where to go if they
want to join.
5) Comment on other 'Old Barns' participant's posts.
6) I'll start Monday evenings about 7pm CST
Thank you for participating!

30 Charmers Say?:
I saw a green barn this week and I thought how strange...and then I wondered why barns are red. I didn't get to photograph it though. Like your red barn.
I'm still working on getting used to posting for 'Old Barns' - It takes a lil bit to get everything in order the way I want it, so be patient. LoL!
Hope you all enjoy - Have fun & have a great week!!!
Tricia, this is gorgeous! The bright red is very refreshing! I am going to love this meme, though I don't think I'll have much to contribute. I live miles and miles (and MILES) from real barn country. That just means it will be my chance to live vicariously. ;o)
I am looking forward to seeing all of the barns this week. Love the long boards of your barn this week.
Hi Tricia, love your old barns. Also love the Irish Blessing you posted at the bottom. I use this quite often and if you want to hear a true story of how it's actually worked just reply to this comment and I'll tell it to you. It's really cool........... Enjoyed your blog.
Very nice Tricia. Rose and I have always loved barns....probably because we had so much fun in them when we were kids.
Another great looking barn. I like the shape it reminds me of a bell from this angle.
I tried to add my Newtown Area Photo barn post three times but I still don't see it. I hope they don't all show up at once. If so I'm sorry.
that's a great one.
Hi Tricia....Great picture of the barn.... Red barns are always my favorite ones.... Thanks for sharing.
Hugs,
Betsy
This is a great barn. And the photo is wonderful.
Great capture - I wish I had something to contribute again this week. I promise at some point I will be joining!
Hi, first time here, came via James, looks like fun ! I love old barns, and saw quite a few while travelling in Pennsylvania recently... will be posting more in weeks to come, will have to remember to link here when possible...
love all the barns!~ i messed up and posted my link twice. user error. feel free to delete one of me =)
this really is a fun thing you are doing and such a great photo!
A lovely red barn in such a pretty setting. I like the shape of it.
It's really fun to see so many different barns, this meme was a great idea :)

It´s really fun to see the barns in USA. They look a bit larger than here in Sweden.
I wonder, do you keep animals in your barns? In our barns the farmers stored hay. Nowadays the barns are rarely used. The harvetst is all done by machine and the hay is rapped in plastic.
Love your photo. :)

What a wonderful meme. Don't have any photos of barns but I think I could barnstorm the area to find a few for the future. Came here from Jim Klenke's post...both of your barns today are worthy subjects for this meme!
thank you for the compliment on my blog. I like your also. Love the barn challenge. We don`t have many here but I will search for one and share.
I love this old red barn. Cool, Trish!
Nice one, Tricia. I just love this new meme of yours!
I'm so glad you're getting a good response to your barn meme! Some nice-looking structures here...and some funky ones, too. I like 'em all.
Your barn reminds me of the ones I played in when a kid...jumping out of the hayloft, playing hiding seek, milking cows, shoveling manure...it was all fun except for the last!
Nice barn! YOu find some great ones! I had forgotten you're a Missouri girl. :)
I'm so happy to find this challenge. Photographing the country is one of favorite things to do.
Tricia,
Your photos are wonderful. It is always a pleasure to visit your site. Thanks for starting the Old Barn meme. I love barns.
I also want to thank you for the visit and nice comment.
It is like adding nuts and a cherry on the sundae.
So many beautiful barns out there. This one looks well taken care of.
The 'Old Barns' have a good atmosphere in old days.
Thank you.
