Such an idyllic spot!

I love those trees! It would be such a treat to walk among them and sit or sleep under that canopy!

These are wonderful pictures. I like the middle picture, but I notice that there are more pairs of shoes on the bank than there are people.

That's a sweet shot of that kid with his shoes. Reminds me of a scene in one of the movies!

A pleasant looking river in a grand setting. The fall colors are muted and very attractive. Looks like a great place to visit and spend some time.

Beautiful place to take off your shoes and go wading, Tricia... BUT--not today when it's cold outside... ha

Love the photos.

I'd love to kick my shoes off and go for a walk there - or (if it's warm) go for a dip in that river - looks very inviting !

Gorgeous shots !

Lovely Fork. Probably good fishing somewhere along the way. Oh to have it warm wnough to take one's shoes off roll up the jeans and just stroll in and out of the water.
Nice shots. MB

These photos brought to mind Huck Fin days when low and behold... there was a boy in one that could have been Mark Twain's famous character!
Absolutely lovely photos and I am following along! Please join me at my history blog - I'd love to have you along!
Blessings!

I thought of Huck Fin too when I saw the shot with the boy along the shore! Great views of a beautiful area. It's nice to see other parts of our country besides California! Thanks for stopping by!
