Jessica - Missouri is very beautiful west of Hwy 67... east of 67 is flat & a ho-lota farmland!

Tricia said...

Hi Carolyn, I wish that was my bokeh header, but it's a Blogger custom background! But I did learn how to do bokeh this week, although, I need lots more practice!!! =)
Thanks!

I like the boat skimming across the lake. The picture has a very appealing mood about it. Well done!

Hi Angela, yes, that's exactly what I was thinking when choosing which pic to post for WW! Thank you! =)

Tricia said...

Thank you, Y! I'm still working on bokeh & it's really fun once I figured out the settings on my camera... =)

Such serenity and tranquility. There doesn't appear to be a soul around. Gorgeous capture to be looking at on such a cold, snowy day. Well, it's like that here. ;-)

nice water shot. :)

adjusting for wider photo:
Go to Design, then chose the one where you can change the HTML.
Look for this line:
"#header-wrapper {
width:810px;
margin:0 auto 10px;
border:1px solid $bordercolor;"

This is the setting on NFP, My blog. Change width.
You can check it before you save the template.

Good luck!

Thank you very much NatureFootstep... I'm still working on my template & will keep that in mind!!! =)

Tricia said...

Thank you Claudia & you, too! =)

Hi Stacey, I'm not real big on summer cuz of the heat, but I'm not big on winter either cuz of the cold... I l♥ve spring & fall!!! =)

Tricia said...

Right back at ya, Dave! =)

Tricia said...

You're too kind, Renee! The background isn't my bokeh, though... I wish it was!!! heheheee
=)

jeannette said...

Great to see still waters!
Agree with Naturefootstep's advise to adjust to "wider" for bigger pics.

We were in Colorado in September...I think it is one of the nicest months of the year...and this photo captures that feeling very well. Traveling a lake as the evening comes on is a wonderful experience...
