This flower pic was taken at Shaw's/Missouri Botanical Gardens
in St. Louis, Missouri & I chose it because I used to go there w/ my grandparents
every summer when they were still w/ us.
This past October, my uncle & I went back and I was able to take
quite a few pics & I'll be posting them here in the weeks to come...
plus, I'm sick of winter & I'm aching to see some beautiful, colorful flowers again!

Glorious.
And thank you for that comment.
Tricia - This is such a fantastic photograph, and so perfect for right now, when I think there are probably many who feel as you do (ready for spring). I know I surely am! A gorgeous shot of color to remind us that spring truly does exist.
Thank you so much for sharing this today at The Creative Exchange.
Have a great day!
lisa.
So pretty! Love the bright colors.
I'm totally ready for this nice splash of color. A fine flower close up. It must have been nice to return to these old haunts.
It's beautiful! And I'm right there with you...would love to see spring!!
Beautifully warm shot, I recently visited Edinburgh's celebrated Royal Botanical gardens where they have flowers and plants from around the world. A photographers dream, you'd love it there Tricia.
So bright and cheerful and striking! I love these happy colors!
Hi Trish! Re your comment on Ocala DP today: Why did I know that you would find that picture on the bag to be the most interesting thing in the photo? :-)
A sight for sore eyes. I will have to check out Creative Exchange.
I think you will like the book. I have several of his books and I love the way he writes and makes things so easy to understand.
