It would be hard to pick one! They are all 3 great and they look like completely different times of the day.
I don't think we're going to get alot of snow at my house, 1 - 2 inches but the sleet and freezing rain made me scared of driving.

Hey, I see you're doing manual stuff now... have fun. Snowing....you can have all of ours..we've got about 2.5 inches and it's still snowing.

Lois said...

I would have to say that I prefer the first one, but they are all good!

An interesting experiment with different settings. I would have to say I like them in the order they were placed. No 1 first. They are all very interesting variations.

I, too, love the first one, but they are all lovely! Happy SWF! Have a wonderful weekend!

Great photos, thanks for adding the information about how you achieved that, there is so much to learn about taking a great photo and Sky Watchers are so very helpful.

Oh, you are so clever and accomplished with your camera, - I sigh, and love the first one.

Without sunglasses I'd choose the last one.

Isn't it fun to experiment with manual settings? The differences can be amazing. Thanks for a great photo sequence.

Oh, I like all of these. I think the first shot is most striking, and I like the auto setting the least. You still have green leaves on the trees!!

All terrific shots, the first one is my favorite.

These are all great. The first two are my favorites. I guess if I had to pick just one I'd say the second one.

Never thought to quite play that way but it's a terrific experiment.
I love the first one with the last a close second!

I think it is so wonderful that you are getting snow and we aren't! And since you like snow, perhaps you will ensure that it never makes it down to Ocala. OK? ;-)

I like the first shot, Trish! I also like the fact that you are so willing to try different settings on your camera. It's lots of fun, right?

You are a photographic artiste!

ladyfi said...

All three are lovely, but the colours and richness of the first shot are my favourite.

The first shot is so dramatic - I love it! But, the last one makes me think of fall and I'm ready for any season other than winter!! Fantastic shots!

I think we're supposed to get up to another 3" tonight and tomorrow. And, then again maybe on Thursday...I think I wished too hard for snow days...

I closed the window that I had your blog open in and reopened it and nothing else opened up, so maybe that was just a fluke a minute ago...I wish I had noticed the URL....
