My second bloggy caterpillar in the past hour, - I have been checking out Penny's silk worms at Back Valley Seasons. They are all handsome critters, even upside down.

What a great catch! Our 3 daughters would be fascinated to discover one such as this one!

You've already got yellow critters? Cool!

"Nice macro, Trish," said the caterpillar as he squirmed along the branch.

"But, you could have shown my other, better side. Sheesh! Caterpillars are very sensitive, ya know!"

Tricia, however, was unfazed by this sassy caterpillar. She backed away quickly and took another shot and said, "I shoot 'em the way I see 'em. If you don't like it, become a butterfly!"
