Those are so pretty! I fell in love with azaleas back in the 60's when I visited the azalea festival in Wilmington North Carolina. Last year we were overjoyed to find a version that will tolerate our winters and planted one. I hope it will bloom this year!
Nothing like spring in the midwest except for spring in Florida! We've got places that look a lot like what you've shown in these photos...in fact, we had bunches of azaleas in the yard of our Ocala house and this time of year was the best.

Those blossoms are so dense. Beautiful colors and details, including the houses. They make a real splash of color. Very pretty pictures.
