You might be interested in checking what Ken Rockwell has to say about "vivid." He's a fan. Go to http://www.kenrockwell.com.

Personally, I like vivid photography. I consider a photograph the start of a piece of art, and then, depending on where I want to go with it, I make the necessary alterations.

You done good, kiddo! I like all the various angles/perspectives, too...that little butterfly keeps showing up everywhere!
