Camera Critters - Heads Or Tales

Near Winona, Missouri - July 16th 2011

Adjacent to the property where these horses graze, the state has brought in E.L.K.
Can you believe it?  Elk in Missouri?!
We didn't see any that day, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Elk in Missouri... that's just so funny, I can't get over it! =0

Those horses are just gorgeous. Wow, what an image. It would be beautiful framed. And, it would make such a cool picture puzzle.

I like your title for this picture. We've seen elk in North Carolina, and I know they've been re-introduced to Tennessee, although we haven't seen any here yet. I hope you will soon see some in Missouri.

Great shot!

I love photographing horses. :-)

I got a great shot of our neighbors horse, sun setting behind him, last summer, while he was being housed in our field. I'm glad I attempted the shot because it turned out to be one of those that I'm particularly proud of.
