I was standing very near where the water line is in the 2nd shot

Very pretty. Makes me long for the greens of summer!

seeing the trees surrounded by water. wish there was a way to spread out mother nature's 'bounty'. :)

Beautiful scenery, but with sad undertones since there is water where there shouldn't be water. The link didn't work, so I couldn't see what it's supposed to look like. I hope it's been cleaned up!

Gorgeous scenery, but sorry to see the area flooded so badly! What a contrast to the photos in your link.

Boy oh boy....it always amazes me the power of Mother Nature. But also, the beauty of Mother Nature. Enjoyed your photos.

YIKES - too much water!!
BTW, did you see my "decapitated" barn yesterday on my blog? Maybe I should have linked it to your Barn Charm meme?

A reminder to us all of the power of mother nature, beautiful place though.

I imagine that was a big cleanup job! The before pics show it to be a beautiful place.

After comparing the two sets of photos, all we can say is "wow" and what beautiful photos you took.

The difference in water levels is amazing. It's too bad some of that water from the flood couldn't have been sent to Texas where they needed it!
