Welcome to Barn Charm!
I want to thank everyone for participating...
Barn Charm is growing every week with participants from Finland, Australia & Germany!
How exciting!
I'm probably leaning more toward the black & white version above,
which is why it's posted 1st in line...
the last one is the original.
The 'Old Barns' badge is what I originally called Barn Charm
& it was one of the 1st badges I made of this very barn posted tonight =)
Snow has been falling pretty much all day here in southeast Missouri
with about 2-3 inches on the ground so far
& the sky has a strange pink 'glow'...
but I can't seem to capture it w/ my camera.
The snow is suppose to be changing to sleet, freezing rain & ice
before it's all over & like I've said many, many times,
I can do without the ice, but the snow sure is beautiful to watch! =)

Well, I like them all :) It's been snowing all day here, but not much on the ground. I hope it doesn't turn to freezing rain for you, that makes driving so dangerous.
congrats on getting some 'winter'! but stay safe! i like this image of one of your 'original' barns. :)
Love your photos !I love Black and White photography especially for old buildings whether they be barns or Churches I find balck and white photos tell the history of the subject ! We had a snowstorm this past Fri into Sat and part of Sunday got about 1 1/2 feet and today was nice and sunny but tomorrow more snow ! I dont get out much to take photos of barns even though we have tons around here ! Have a great day ! Oh and Happy Valentines Day to you and your family !
What a great barn!
I think I like the second photo best, and fun to see one of your early barn photos. Exciting indeed to get so many people joining in from around the world! Hopefully they'll be wrong on the forecast and you'll miss out on the ice. I've been in southern Missouri during an ice storm and know how treacherous it is.
We had that icey storm Saturday ... great barn effects!
That's a different looking barn. I really like the roof.
they are so different. not sure i can pick. such character. (:
That's a really cool barn!
The B/W one is wonderful, but you had a good subject to start with. I love the work you are doing with the photos.
Each has its own unique presentation of this beauty ... she stands so perfectly.
Happy Valentine's
TTFN ~
Hugs,
Marydon
This one's a beauty!
Great looking barn, I like the unedited version the best.
Stay warm and safe in this wintry weather!
I have looked at yours two or three different times, and cannot pick which version I liked....I would be happy with any of them.
i love them all - each one gives a different "feel".
I like them all great shots!
I like the black and white image with the red roof very much. The others all look very good too, but the first one would be my favorite.
I like all three. Fantastic barns! Stay warm and safe. I envy you the snow. We've had none since October.
Yes, for artistic purposes, the first one. That's the one I would frame and hang on my wall. The touch of red is really fun. I need to learn how to do that!
I love what you did with the first one! Very nice shots.
I usually opt for color over black and white, but that first one is mesmerizing with the rust color standing out amidst the starkness of the sepia tones. The bare trees lend a haunting atmosphere to it. Quite lovely. :>)
We were hoping for some snow and even the ice, but it looks like it didn't make it. We've only had one snow day out of our alloted five and teachers and students alike are disappointed. :>)
ohhh i can't decide which i like better but it's between the first and second one....lucky you getting snow!
Oh, I love this sweet old barn! May I save that badge & use it on future Barn Charm posts?
Sounds like your weather is going to get interesting! Stay safe!
Beautiful! I think I like the top one best.
Happy Heart Day Tricia!

Well Tricia my favorite is the middle one! But each picture of your charming barn is, well, charming :) We have five inches of wet snow and I am ready for it to melt today in our little bit of Missouri. Thank you for Barn Charm, it makes my Tuesday :)
You sure started something great! Sorry I can't participate - St. Petersburg, FL doesn't exactly have a lot of barns! I'm sure inland they do though. If I find some, I'll join in!
This is a great old barn...love all the edits!
I love them all!
We have freezing fog and black ice here.
I love this image!! The B&W with red roof is great but I also like the second.
Still loving the US barns! Off to see if I can discover more Aussie ones this week.
What fun you had this barn, Tricia!
Happy Valentine's Day Tricia.
Love the black and white but love the color too. So you will have to do both. heehee

Thanks for posting the original too. I like to see the before and after shots!
We've got snow in Toledo now too. I didn't miss it. My crocuses are already starting to come up. I love seeing them stubbornly bud through the snow, but I'm still happy if they don't have to!
Lovely texture work as always!
Hi Tricia. I think I like the second picture best. It looks like an oil painting to me.
I am so glad I found barn charm as I am enjoying all these old charming barns.
Excellent photos, especially I like the first one.
Regards and best wishes
I love how you've processed the first photo Tricia!
Barn freak, lol.
They're all nice shots, but I like the B&W the best. Very cool.
Just popping in to say Happy Valentine's day ♥ (hug)
Tricia....Thank you so much for all the effort and time you put into the sponsorship of this meme. It is so special. This and Lesley’s Signs, Signs have to be my favorites. I cannot get over how your has grown and grown. That tells me there are lots of people around the world who love their barns and the landscapes surrounding them. I grew up far from any barns - a block from the Atlantic Ocean in Florida - but they have been magical to me as are windmills all of my life. Now I have got my husband searching them out for me. We both love your blog. genie
I love the options you show for the old barn, Tricia! It's quite the structure. Your meme has certainly grown with your tender care. I love seeing the barns, but sometimes I'm overwhelmed by the number.
All three photos are gorgeous! Love how the curving road draws the viewer's eye right to the barn.
Love your barn, and the B&W with red roof technique shows it off to perfection.
That's it - I'm inspired. I'm gonna shoot a barn this week.
You've captured this series of shots well... thanks for sharing with 'Weekly Top Shot,' your talent adds a lot!
yayy for barn charm! :) as always thanks for hosting
