These first 3 were taken back in March 2011 near Ellsinore, Missouri
And, still standing as of October 14th 2012.
I didn't expect it to be, because when I was there in March 2011,
the owner said to take all the pics I could,
for he would soon be tearing it down! *gasp* =0
I'm really glad he didn't... for whatever reason! =)
***Welcome Barn Charmers***
I've put together a couple more Barn Charm badges
& you can find them by clicking the Barn Charm link on my linkbar.
Hope you likes! =)
Don't forget to swing back by Wednesday evening about the same time
for Watery Wednesday!

really like the 'whitewash' of the first shot! :) glad it is still there!
I'm glad it hasn't been torn down! I also love the editing in the first shot - very cool!
I like those black and white shots. It would be a shame to see that last barn torn down. I like the big old tree in front of it too.
Was loving the black and white vintage looking shots and then I saw the last one - all marvelous Tricia!
So glad it's still standing. It doesn't look in that bad of shape and I love that giant horseshoe on the fencing!
I really like the B&W photos of the barn. I'm so glad it is still standing and looking good.
I love your new header too.
Lovely photos ! I to wish these poor old barns weren't torn down either . They have so much character and history to tell with in their walls ! Have a good day !
Lovely photos, as usual. Nice to hear the barn is still standing.
Oh, these are such wonderful captures, Tricia! I, too, am glad the owner didn't tear the barn down!
I'm so glad it hasn't been torn down yet. I hate to see any barn disappear. What a busy place with all the fences too.
Glad it's still standing...love your edits!
This barn is a very precious treasure. I am glad that this barn is still alive.
I love your B&W photographs very, very much. You created so beautifully the atmosphere of old time.
And you showed the beauty of this barn in a wonderful very touching way.
Beautiful and unforgettable photographs!!!!
The black and white treatment really gives this one an "old-timey" look!
I'm glad it's still there too - it's a great barn!
That's a pretty barn and I love the big maple tree in front of it. I'm glad it's still there!
Did the farmer hear your gasp when he said he would be tearing it down? Perhaps you got him thinking! It looks in pretty good shape and still a useful building. Glad it's still there!
I really love the black and white photos! Great old barn and buildings! I'm late joining the fun! Our internet was off all day! It was scarey! heehee!
Wonderful barn photos! I hate they are going to tear it down!!!! Can you believe it--I had a Barn Charm this week! :-)
So glad to know that barn is still standing. Lovely photos of it.
I love those B&W shots Tricia and the last shot in colour is wonderful!!
I really like the BW barn and barnyard images. For me they show a different look of being weathered and old. I'm glad the barn you shot was not razed. Maybe the owner changed his mind and has other plans for it.
I am so glad it wasn't torn down. I like the whole outfit including the horses. MB
Great images. Just love the 3rd one. Hope it stands for a very long time!

What a beauty! Glad she's still standing. It appears she's being used - I spot farm equipment under the bay!
