Our archives always give us surprises don't they! This barn has a great shape to it. I'm curious about the glass windows. I wonder what they were planning when they did that.
The basketball net is kinda cool too and the car peaking out. It reminds me of a vintage Volkswagon Rabbit but I don't know for sure.

What a nice rustic barn! It may have seen better days, but it's got a lot of charm.
Love all the doors running down the side of this old barn. Ours has two doors on the side but that is all. You just take the best pictures of the barns. I can tell the photography comes from your heart because it is so beautiful. happy new year...genie

"Charming" is truly the most appropriate word for those barn photographs.
I am contributing for the first time, after visiting a barn on Salt Spring Island, B.C. at the end of December and after being inspired by TexWisGirl's posts. I don't have all that much opportunity to visit barns in Vancouver, so my participation will probably be fairly infrequent, but I'll be sure to stop by to see the photos you and others have taken.

This old jewel has seen a lot of years of service and is still contributing! Interesting that there are so many doors along the side. Wonder if the opposite side also has doors. And what could be better than a pen full of chickens!

I've been back over the break checking on the tragedy of your young friend who lost his life in the hunting accident. My heart has been sore for his young family.
This is a terrific barn! I'm trying to figure out how they are using it. It almost looks like they are fixing it up to live in or at least have some sort of workshop/artist's retreat in it. It would be a fantastic place for something like that!

Wow - so very beautiful!
Glad you kept the pic because it's a beauty with the weathered grey wood and tri colored rusty tin roof. I do like also how all of the windows are gone except the three shiny ones in front.
