I'm terribly sorry to announce that the man, Bob, that I asked immediate prayers for last night
passed away just after 11am this morning.
He leaves behind his wife, Rachel, & 2 small children.
Please pray for them & that Bob is in Heaven.
Please be careful & pay attention to what you're doing in your everyday lives.
This was a tragic accident & could have been avoided, though it was his time to go...
God has other plans for him, I understand that, but I can't help but think about those kids
& the fact that they won't grow up with their father.

I don't think we can make sense of occurances like this. I just hope his wife and others allow themselves to feel anger so they can move on to forgiveness and healing. I know I would be angry at my husband if this happened, yet would be feeling intense guilt at feeling that anger. I think acknowledging it and asking God for help with it is the only sure way to get through it.

Oh so sorry.. I know words are so little comfort, Tricia, at such a terrible accident. Our prayers for you, and your sister, that God will grant you the wisdom and ability and resources to minister to Rachel and the children in the days and months ahead. Oh I am so sorry- what a tragic and painful loss for his wife and children. Sending prayers for his family.
How very, very sad. We can't understand why things like this happen. May God's angels on earth surround this family and may He provide comfort.
